From a young age, Brian Spradling was destined for a career in construction. His passion began with building forts as a child and grew through hands-on shop classes in high school, such as woodshop, auto shop, and ag mechanics. After gaining valuable experience working for several builders, attending college and earning an Associate’s Degree, Brian decided to fully pursue his love for building. At 27, he earned his contractor’s license and, in 1996, founded Spradling Construction.
Specializing in renovation, remodeling, and minimal new home construction, Spradling Construction has thrived for nearly three decades, navigating challenges and building a reputation for quality and dependability. In 2021, Brian expanded his vision by redirecting the business and establishing SpradCon Builders, which focuses on new home construction and home remodel. Our company remains a strong pillar of the community today.
Continuing the family tradition, Brian’s son Carson now plays a vital role in the business, bringing both his lifelong exposure to construction and his business management degree from California State University, Chico. Joining him is Brian’s son-in-law Nathan George, who grew up in a family of tradesmen and brings years of building expertise to the team.
