Brian Spradling’s passion for construction began at an early age, evolving from childhood fort-building to excelling in hands-on shop classes—woodshop, auto shop, and ag mechanics—in high school. After gaining valuable experience working for several builders and earning an associate’s degree, Brian committed fully to his craft. At 27, he earned his contractor’s license and, in 1996, established Spradling Construction.
Specializing in renovations, remodeling, and select new home construction, Spradling Construction has thrived for nearly three decades, consistently overcoming challenges and building a reputation for quality and dependability. In 2021, Brian expanded his vision by launching SpradCon Builders, a division dedicated to new home construction and comprehensive home remodels. Today, our company continues to serve as a strong pillar in the community.
Building on a family tradition, Brian’s son, Carson, now plays a vital role in the business, combining his lifelong exposure to construction with a business management degree from California State University, Chico. Joining the team is Brian’s son-in-law, Nathan George, who brings years of building expertise from a family deeply rooted in the trades.
